For Server installs and Windows 10 versions (older than build 1809), the link in the above might not work.
The following link downloads a zip file containing a certificate to install and Powershell scripts that will
install the client using the appx file also in the zip.

Alternatively, manually install each dependency appx file and the client appx by double clicking them in turn if your machine knows how to install appx's (some server versions do not, hence the powershell scripts).
